This can be done by doing effective planning. It is always better not to buys those things which are already in your inventory in lump sum. Make a list according to weakly basis rather than going for the monthly basis. As this will help you to know about your budget and expenses. It is always better to have a light snack before going for shopping and always stick to the list that you have made as this will avoid you from buying un-necessary things.

Before going for shopping it is better to make list of those shops as well, where sales and heavy discounts are given as this will help you to get food products at a very cheaper rates and will internally help you save a lot of money.
